Music is one of the best thing to rejuvenate your mind, to enjoy and to celebrate. Music has been in our life for centuries, whereas there is no conclusive information of it’s origin, but some estimate that it has been there for over 55,000 years. I have compiled the list of best hits of the 1st decade of 21st century popular among the teenager’s of that time. “Temperature” became Sean Paul’s biggest hit single in the US. Released on February 23, 2006 under the album “Trinity”, It spent being #1 in Billboard Hot 100 for a week and showed extreme longetivity there by being in top 10 for 17 weeks.
#9: “TiK ToK” by Kesha
This song achieved commercial success by topping the charts in eleven countries. Released on August 7, 2009 in US under the album “Animal”,it topped Billboard Hot 100 chart for 9 consecutive weeks. It was the best-selling single worldwide in 2010, selling 12.8 million copies in that year alone. By now the song has sold over 16 million copies, making it the fifth best selling single in the digital history.
